Cheese & Wine Pairing Suggestions
Silvery Moon Creamery from Westbrook uses Smiling Hill milk for their Moonchego, a cows milk aged hard cheese with a paprika and olive oil-rubbed rind. Expect a bit of lactic tang in the front and a nutty, buttery finish.
Pair with Cellardoor winery 2015 Pinot Noir for a harmonious pairing in which our fruit-forward and easy-drinking Pinot Noir allows the nutty, buttery finish of the Moonchego to shine. $26

If your state is not included, we suggest pairing your Maine cheese with wines similar in nature to the pairings listed above.
All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature in order to be delivered. Someone 21 years of age or older will need to be present to receive the shipment, or UPS will not deliver. Your wines will ship to arrive at approximately the same time as the gift box.
